Allah says in the Quran, “You are the best people produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah.”
Muslims are people who believe in Allah and have leadership qualities. A leader is someone who always helps others and takes a stand for others. Further, Allah says, “You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong”. It simply means, you always do what is good for others and stop people from doing the wrong things.
According to Quran, Allah explains the signs of a Muslim as mentioned above. But, how come today Muslims have forgotten their status and starting to believe that they are victims? Everywhere in the country, I see Muslims Leaders shouting, “We will fight for our rights?” As a born Muslim, I have nowhere seen any kind of objection to Muslims in terms of Education, Employment or Business. But why are these slogans being echoed?
My observation is some Muslims have developed a kind of superiority complex (which is ironically forbidden in Islam), as most Muslim Leaders talk about how great their ancestors were. Living in this superiority complex, today Indian Muslims have forgotten the true path of Islam. We feel proud of our ancestor’s greatnesses but are not ready to accept their hard work.
To some extent, I believe Muslims have misunderstood Islam in this matter. Because Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) trained the worst of people at his time and made them the best of people. They followed the Prophet’s footsteps and conquered success. And in order to gain this success, they have given a lot of sacrifices of their egos, wealth, and lives. And unfortunately, Muslims think, they were successful not because of their hard work, but because Allah helped them and they were lucky. They were not at all lucky. There is no doubt Allah helped them because they were in the field sacrificing everything for Allah. And today Muslims are in their comfort and waiting for Mehdi (as) to come so that Allah will help again.
So, we have limited help from Allah only for our past and future people. Maybe to some extent, we do not believe Allah will help us now. Because, we are not ready to even learn the basic principles of Sunnah, forget about hard work. There is no doubt that Allah will help today if we follow the right process. But unfortunately, we only believe what we know is correct and the other person is wrong. We are not ready to unify and work together for any cause. We are just worried about our personal lives. And this is one of the reasons, Muslims are being troubled everywhere. Why? Because we do not care for each other.
Well in short! Muslims are someone who has direct help from Allah if we follow the process of Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) and the commands of Allah. You are born to be a leader and not to beg from others. It’s high time, we stop playing victim and start looking at real issues. India is one of the great countries even today, where every Muslim has the right to education, employment, and business. But our fake superiority complex is causing us to trouble others and we are getting back the same.
We have started IndianMuslims.Co.In to spread true version of Islam, which is peace and prosperity for everyone. We request all Indian Muslims to join our cause and build an educated and empowered community of Muslims.
